Uniquely Kind Skincare Returns Policy I want all my customers to be 100% satisfied with their order. I, therefore offer all customers a no quibble returns policy if you are not happy with your product for any reason. I simply ask that you return your product within 7 days of your original order and you will get a full refund of the product price, or you may wish to exchange for another product, whether it is similar or not. Please note that for health and safety reasons, opened and / or used products cannot be exchanged or refunded. The product must be returned in a re-saleable condition. We will refund the cost of the product along with the cost of the original postage. We will not, however, reimburse the customer for the return postage. All returned parcels must be re-packaged carefully to ensure they arrive in a re-saleable condition. A letter must accompany the returned parcel. The letter must include your name, contact details, reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement Any claims regarding damage must be supported with photographic evidence. If you would like to return a product, please begin by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . Mark the subject field of your email as ‘Returns’. Please supply the following information: your name, contact details, date and proof of purchase, along with photographic evidence of any damaged items. It would also be helpful if you could supply your reason for return.
